Linda Grizely

As the founder of The Art of Tenacity, LLC, Linda utilizes her entrepreneurial and leadership skills and experience along with her personal journey and education to empower others through positive change.

As a career coach, she specializes in bringing new perspectives, developing focus, creating clarity, and personal branding.

As a nonprofit consultant, she works with staff and boards to provide guidance and assistance wherever needed.

As a speaker and trainer, she aspires to motivate, inspire, and add value to people's lives. 

Linda is an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker for The John Maxwell Team, holds a dual major Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management , a Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting, is Corporate Leadership Certified (CLC)™, a Change Management Specialist (CMS)®, a Certified Conflict Manager (CMS)™, a Six Sigma Black Belt in HR (BBHR)™, and has earned the designation of Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR)™.  She is currently pursuing a Certificate in Professional Fundraising, an MBA in Strategic Leadership, and is participating the Leadership Greater McHenry County (LGMC) class of 2019. 

She lives in Crystal Lake, IL with the love of her life, Matt. They married in 2017 and have five teenage to adult children between them. She focuses on living authentically and growing personally every day. She strives to add value to people and her community through building relationships, helping others succeed, and giving back through empowering leadership and volunteerism. In her spare time, Linda spends time with her family, enjoys fitness activities, and attempts to golf.
