Linda Grizely

Linda’s professional roles are:

·  Director of Marketing and Business Development for Weyers McKeever Financial Partners

·  Specialist in Nonprofits at The Art of Tenacity

At Weyers McKeever Financial Partners, she brings 20+ years of experience in integrated marketing and sales, specializing in branding and development. Her introduction to working in the field of financial services came from her background in nonprofit organizations and enrolling in the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP)® program at the American College of Financial Services. The meld of the three (marketing, nonprofits, and philanthropic planning) is evident in her work with Weyers McKeever. 

At The Art of Tenacity, Linda helps nonprofit organizations develop, grow, and achieve goals. She works cooperatively with both governance and operational leadership to develop a plan that meets their specific needs. She assists with capacity building strategies, board orientations and training, strategic planning, handling organizational conflicts, and other governance and organizational development needs. 

In addition to working on the CAP® program, Linda is Life & Health Licensed in IL, holds a dual major Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Human Resources Management, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management, a Certificate in Professional Fundraising, a Certificate in Nonprofit Board Consulting, is Corporate Leadership Certified (CLC)™, is a  Certified Conflict Manager (CMS)™, holds an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR)™ designation, is an Independent John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker, and is proud to be a member of the 2019 class of Leadership Greater McHenry County (LGMC).

She currently serves WiM3 on the board as the Marketing Chair and has previously served as the Scholarship Co-chair and Marketing Assistant. Her additional community service includes being a member of the President’s Council of the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce, serving as Secretary of her residential Home Owner’s Association, and facilitating the Fund Development Network at Volunteer Center McHenry County.

Linda lives in Crystal Lake, IL with the love of her life, Matt. They married in 2017 and have five teenage to adult children between them. She focuses on living authentically and growing personally every day. She strives to add value to people and her community through building relationships, helping others succeed, and giving back through empowering leadership and volunteerism. In her spare time, Linda spends time with her family, enjoys fitness activities, and attempts to golf.
